These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 3ck33 platform and its associated services. By accessing the platform or using any of its services, you are considered to have accepted all provisions of these Terms. Please read the entire document carefully.

You must be at least 21 years of age ("for persons aged 21 and above only").
Online gaming must be lawful in the jurisdiction where you reside.
All information you provide must be accurate, truthful and up to date.
You must not be on any active self-exclusion list.
You may only hold one account — multiple accounts by the same person are prohibited.

If requested to verify your age, you may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued identity document. Ensuring compliance with the age requirement is our top priority.

3Account Registration

When registering on 3ck33, you must provide accurate and complete information. An account opened with false information may be closed at any time and deposited funds may be forfeited.

Conditions applicable to registration:

A maximum of one account per person is permitted — multiple accounts from the same IP address, the same bank account or the same mobile number are not allowed.
After registration is complete, your email and payment details may be verified.
If any information you have provided changes, you must notify the support team as soon as possible.
Opening an account in the name of a corporate entity or a third party is prohibited.

4Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing this information with any third party is strictly prohibited.

If you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.
In the interest of security, 3ck33 may request a change of login details at any time.
Always log in from a secure network and ensure you log out after each session.
Our platform is protected by SSL encryption technology; however, the security of your personal device is your own responsibility.

5Deposits and Withdrawals

3ck33 supports only the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Bank Transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other major banks).

Transaction terms:

Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method).
Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
Standard withdrawal processing is completed within 1 hour.
Withdrawal requests will be sent only to the payment method used for the deposit.
Deposited funds cannot be withdrawn before bonus wagering conditions are met (see section 6 for bonus provisions).
In the case of suspicious financial transactions, we may request additional documents for verification.

Deposits or withdrawals from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. All transactions must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.

6Bonuses and Promotions

3ck33 offers various promotional offers. The terms of the welcome bonus currently available are described below:

150% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳5,000.
Wagering requirement: 10 times the bonus amount, applicable to bonus funds only.
For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Before withdrawing this ৳1,500 bonus, ৳15,000 in bets must be placed.
Or: deposit ৳8,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳13,000.
If wagering conditions are not met within 30 days of receiving the bonus funds, the bonus will be cancelled.
Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are published in the applicable guidelines.
If bonus abuse is suspected, 3ck33 reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
Another bonus cannot be claimed while a bonus offer is active.

7Gaming Rules

All games on 3ck33 are operated on the basis of fair play technology. The outcome of each game is determined by an independent and impartial random number generator (RNG).

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
If a game remains incomplete due to a technical error, we reserve the right to make a decision at our discretion.
Odds offered in sports betting markets may change at any time; the odds at the time the bet is placed are considered final.
If a conflict arises between information displayed in a game and information stored on our servers, the server record will be considered final.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3ck33 platform and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds if violated:

Fraud, deception or any form of dishonest conduct.
Bonus abuse — strategic betting with the intent to circumvent bonus conditions.
Operating multiple accounts for the same person or a coordinated group.
Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
Hacking, malware or interfering with platform security by any other means.
Harassment, hate speech or threats directed at other users.
Exploiting any bug or technical error in the platform.

If evidence of prohibited activities is found, 3ck33 reserves the right to take appropriate action with the assistance of law enforcement authorities.

9Intellectual Property

All intellectual property of 3ck33, including its logo, trademarks, website design, content and software, is our exclusive property. Users may access the platform for personal, non-commercial use only.

Republishing, distributing or commercially using any 3ck33 content without prior written permission is prohibited.
The intellectual property rights of game software belong to the respective game providers.
Collecting data from the platform using any automated tools or scripts is prohibited.

10Responsible Gaming

3ck33 firmly believes in responsible gaming. We want every user to play for enjoyment, not to fall into financial difficulty.

Protective tools available to you:

Deposit limits — set a daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amount.
Session time limits — set an automatic logout after a specified period of time.
Self-exclusion — deactivate your account for a set period or permanently.

Security risk or suspicion of fraud.
Legal or regulatory obligations.

If a valid balance exists prior to account closure and no rule violations have occurred, please contact our team regarding the return of the balance.

You may also request the closure of your 3ck33 account at any time through the support team.

12Changes to Terms and Dispute Resolution

3ck33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. For significant changes, a notification will be sent to your registered email or posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform after a change is considered acceptance of the new Terms.
